How does the gift personalization work? [G]
We have two packages in place to cater your varying needs:

What if I don’t like the design? [C]
For the initial submitted illustrations, you can decline the designs by clicking ‘Reject’ under My Request
If you have already paid the deposit, depending on the package you have selected, you get different number of amendments and this can be voiced out via the online real-time chat system
What’s the procedure for return? [C]
- Request for return under My Order within 7 days of receiving the products
- Our support team will do our best and get in touch with you within 24 hours
- All of Uniprint’s personalized products are approved prior by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit or issues related to printing quality.
How do I give feedback to Art Talent? [C]
You can voice out your feedback via the real-time chat function under ‘My Designs’ in the preview adjustment tool
Under the real-time chat function, there is also a rating and comment system
Can I choose which Art Talent to design for me? [C]
No, Uniprint aims to maximize the talent pool and offer an equal opportunity for Art Talents to submit designs based on interest and self-initiative
Can I order multiple items with the same design? [C]
Of course! this function is available for both customers of the Standard and Premium package
After making adjustments to your main product and clicking ‘Add To Cart’, there will be a product drop-down list for you to select. Click on it and start designing!
What if no one submits a design for my illustration request? [C]
All illustration requests are submission guaranteed
What happens if I am not satisfied with the final design after paying a deposit? [C]
As a first step, we highly recommend Customers to voice out their feedback directly to Art Talents via the real-time chat
If you are still unsatisfied with the final design, let us know via email at hello@uniprint.co within 7 days after the art talent’s final submission; we will reimburse you 50% of the paid deposit
This reimbursement will be in the form of promo code and will be valid for 60 days for your next time purchase or order
How to submit your design request ? [C]
1) Register a 'Customer' account @register
2) Under 'Illustration Request', fill in the design specifications and click 'Submit my Request'
Note that this request will then feature in the job board for registered Art Talents to view and submit illustrations if interested.
Which countries do you ship to? [C]
We cover countries worldwide, delivery fee is subjected to shipping location
What are top designs? [C] [A]
Each month we will exclusively select designs by Art Talents to feature under ‘Top Designs’ in the home page
What is the polling scheme? [C][A]
Take part to decide which product we should print with the top designs - limited offer!
Simply vote by selecting the product you desire by clicking on the question for the top designs displayed in the home page
We will decide which design and product to produce based on the most popular choice!
The choice with the highest number of votes will be featured as part of the Top Products collection
How do Art Talents get financially rewarded? [A]
For every successful transaction, Art Talents are rewarded differently according to the standard or premium package
Standard Package:
- Art talent receive 30% of the customer’s total bill with your illustrations
Premium Package:
- Reimbursed for the transferral of the design’s art license [80-100 USD]
Creator’s Top Product Line:
- 30% commission of total sales for each selected top product
What is the creator's top product line? [C][A]
This features as part of our pledge to embrace Art Talent’s design pieces by recognizing and financially rewarding their effort
These are exclusively selected designs from Art Talents that would be produced into a collection of limited editions products
Art Talents will be commissioned up to 40% of the total sales
What is the Reimbursement Procedure like? [A]
- To be eligible for reimbursement, you need to fill in your profile details under ‘My Profile’
- There are two options available for reimbursement- 1) Paypal 2) Bank Account
- International Art Talents are eligible to be reimbursed through Paypal while Hong Kong Art Talents will have the option of Paypal and Bank Account
- Once you’ve successfully set up your reimbursement details, start submitting designs!
- As the number of transactions accumulates, you will be able to see how much money you have earned under ‘Earnings’
- To cash out and apply for reimbursement, simply click on ‘Send Release Request’
- Uniprint Administrators will review and proceed requests within 7 working days
- The reimbursement will be transferred according to the filled-in profile details
Differences between standard and premium package [C][A]
Both standard and premium package will cover a product and a unique design illustration, the main difference is highlighted below:
How the Design Process Works?
Standard Package:
- Submit initial draft for design (for customer’s preview)
- A deposit is paid by the Customer in order to select and approve your design
- You can now directly communicate with the Customer through the real-time chat function for the specific revision details
- Subject to submit 1 revision for the final design
- Receive feedback, rating from Customer once final payment is processed; check transaction-specific commission details under Earnings
Note:
- Copyright of design solely belongs to Art Talent
- No art license transferral and transfer of the original file to Customer
- Reimbursement: 30% of the Standard Package price
Premium Package:
- Submit initial draft for design (for customer’s preview)
- A deposit is paid by the Customer in order to select and approve your design
- You can now directly communicate with the Customer through the real-time chat function for the specific revision details
- Subject to submit up to 3 times of revision for the final design
- Receive feedback, rating from Customer once final payment is processed; check transaction-specific commission details under Earnings
Note:
- Copyright of design solely belongs to Art Talent
- Final original design file subjected to art license transferral to Customer
- Reimbursement- Art License (Fixed Rate): 80-100 USD depending on product
